The pilot

What a pilot includes.

One patient coach for every learner, and a clear view for the adults responsible for them.

Seats & billing

Seats and organization billing

Teacher and school seats for the group you agree on, billed to your organization by the seat. One organization dashboard shows who has access.

Visibility

Teacher visibility and a guardian view

Teachers see what their learners have practiced. Parents who give consent get a read-only view of their own child's progress, never their writing. No one has to guess whether practice happened.

Safety

Safety by design

A minor-safe mode with no open-ended chat, guardian consent for every learner under 13, and trained human reviewers who check the calls the AI isn't sure about.

Feedback

Feedback learners can act on

Every writing or speaking task comes back with the exact sentence that cost the point and one drill to fix it. Results are practice estimates, never scores, so coaching is never mistaken for a test result.

Getting started

How a pilot starts.

Every pilot starts with a conversation, a safety review and a written agreement, so your school stays in control.

Stage 1

A conversation

Tell us about your learners: their ages, how many there are and what you hope English practice will do for them. We tell you plainly what's ready today and what isn't.

Stage 2

A safety review and a written agreement

We look at who will use Lumen and how, agree on data handling and human oversight, and put it all in writing before anyone signs in.

Stage 3

A launch for the agreed group

Access opens for the learners and teachers named in the agreement, and nobody else. Teachers see practice from day one, and we stay close while it runs.

Let's talk about your learners.

Tell us who they are and what they need. We'll tell you what a pilot looks like for your organization, honestly, before you commit to anything.
