Free planIs there a free plan?Yes. Free gives you a writing evaluation and a speaking taster (one attempt and one pronunciation drill) every day, basic feedback, and full access to the IELTS Academic and Speak & Pronunciation packs. Upgrade only if it helps.CancelingCan I cancel?Any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops. There are no partial refunds for the rest of that period, except where the law requires it.RefundsWhat about refunds?One-time purchases, like the IELTS Diagnostic Sprint, can be refunded within 14 days on request. Subscriptions end at the close of the current period. The details are in our Terms.Band estimatesAre the band estimates real scores?No. Every band you see in Lumen is a practice estimate based on your practice work, not a test score.
